No software will ever replace the nurse who sits with a resident at 3am, or the administrator who knows every family by name. But a lot of what happens inside a nursing home is not that. It's paperwork, coordination, audits, and forms. The same questions answered over and over, the same boxes checked, the same workarounds for systems that were never built for the people using them. That's the work we're building AI to take on, in the background, so the people inside the building can spend their day on what only they can do.
